Nick Cooper
PrincipalNick is a Registered Liquidator, a Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy and is the Principal of Oracle Insolvency Services.
Nick has over 25 years’ experience in insolvency and business reconstruction. Qualified as both a Chartered Accountant and Barrister & Solicitor (non-practising), Nick provides services in corporate insolvency, business recovery, personal insolvency and business advisory. He also provides services in forensic accounting, expert witness reporting and investigative accounting.
Nick is a fellow of both CAANZ and IPA and is a full member of ARITA and AICM.
Paul Zenkteler
Client Relations ExecutivePaul joined the firm in 2021 as our Client Relations Executive.
Paul joins us after nearly 8 years as the Divisional General Manager for the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA), where he was pivotal in membership growth and engagement for the SA/NT division. Paul has built strong relationships with accountants as well as those involved in the SME business community and is an advocate for those working in, and supporting, small businesses. Prior to his role at the IPA, Paul spent 12+ years working in the consumer/commercial finance sector. Paul seeks to make a positive impact on our practice and for our valued referrers of clients.
Steven Thomas
ManagerSteven holds an Economics (Commerce) degree and a Law degree. He has over 25 years’ experience in insolvency.
Steven brings that experience and a forensic approach to investigating assets and Court actions available to Oracle insolvency Services’ administrations to maximise returns for all stakeholders.
Steven is committed to engaging with bankrupts, directors and creditors in a friendly and compassionate manner.
Stephen Flamer-Smith
ManagerStephen joined the firm in 2024 as an Associate Manager.
Prior to joining Oracle Insolvency Services, Stephen worked in the banking industry, collecting a portfolio of personal investment loans and handling the complex litigation resulting from recovery of those loans. Prior to banking, Stephen specialised in personal insolvency matters at firms in Sydney and Adelaide. Stephen is a professional member of ARITA and also holds UK-based legal qualifications together with mediation and arbitration qualifications obtained in Australia.
Joshua Dasari
Insolvency SeniorJoshua joined the firm in 2024 as a Graduate Analyst. He completed his degree in 2022 and has previous experience as a tax accountant.
Joshua holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, with past experience in tax, bookkeeping and auditing. He has future plans to complete his Chartered Accountancy certification.
